Our Story
Mobile Wound Care Partners was created to close a critical gap in care: patients with serious wounds who cannot regularly travel to a clinic. We saw homebound patients with untreated or under-treated wounds, facilities struggling to coordinate with multiple specialists, and families overwhelmed by complex wound care at home.
Our solution is a mobile, physician-directed, nurse practitioner-led wound care team that comes directly to the patient while remaining aligned with Georgia regulations and payer expectations.
